The Apartment Specialists℠ team collectively has over 50 years experience in central coast commercial real estate. Company founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, Craig Lieberman has been a leading commercial real estate broker, counselor and consultant along the California central coast for 30 years. He has successfully grown the business in its first five years to become one of the leading commercial real estate brokerages on the central coast. The company’s growth is attributable to the consistent hard work and dedication of our team, our strong belief in doing business the ethical and right way, exceeding client expectations, and complete accountability from the beginning to the end of every sales transaction.
Expanded Business Focus and Presence
The Apartment Specialists℠ have expanded our business focus with a range of new services and management capabilities. We began by exclusively providing brokerage services on multi-family investment property along the central coast – The Apartment Specialists℠ – in 2003. Since then, the firm has grown rapidly and expanded with additional business lines and service capabilities, additional team members, and a growing geographic presence, to become The Apartment Specialists℠.
We continue to expand our regional presence with new offices and growing team of professionals, and are headquartered in Santa Barbara, with property listings as far south as Los Angeles county and as far north as northern San Luis Obispo county. The Apartment Specialists℠ team pride ourselves on providing our clients with the most comprehensive and timely market knowledge and insight.
