In 2005, Craig managed the representation of buyers and sellers involving $50 million of overall transactions. The company also conducts business with investors and properties throughout California and across the nation. Craig earned a bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate from San Diego State University. He later earned a Masters degree in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, one of the premier real estate masters programs in the country. In addition to his full-time career, Craig is involved with the Save the Zoo benefit in Santa Barbara, and is a Rotarian with the Montecito chapter of the Rotary Club. |
| Most notably, he worked as a Financial Analyst for the commercial real estate firm: SCI Real Estate Investments located in Santa Monica, CA. He attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He also holds a California Real Estate License.
Pedro’s experiences, knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate are remarkably vast. During his tenure at SCI Real Estate Investments he was part of a 12 member acquisitions team responsible for the due diligence of all multi-family assets, compiling market trend reports, creating investment summaries, and negotiating real estate contracts. Working with diverse types of commercial real estate professionals and companies has made Pedro dynamic and versatile. His experiences are broad, from working with on-site property managers to presidents of private equity funds, small scale investors to high net worth individuals. Pedro is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, as well as an ongoing volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. In addition to his full-time career he enjoys traveling, a good bottle of Central Coast wine, and horseback riding. |
