Deal of the Week:

Ball Investments LLC acquired a fourplex located in Santa Barbara for
$960,000, completing a multi-leg 1031 exchange that proved to be very
complex and intricate.  The Apartment Investment Specialists represented
both Buyer and Seller in this sales transaction.  Because of the complex
nature of this multi-leg exchange, the Apartment Investment Specialists were
awarded the Jack Kelly Exchange of the Year award for 2011 from the Santa
Barbara Association of Realtors.  This award was given to this real estate
brokerage firm last Friday at the Association’s Annual Awards and Officer
Installation luncheon held at the Biltmore’s Coral Casino located in
Montecito.
